This Return and Refund Policy apply to all decorative items purchased through the Aurezique website. Our services and this policy are strictly limited to customers located within Hong Kong. We do not provide shipping, support, or return services for any locations outside of Hong Kong borders.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that our operational scope is regional, allowing us to maintain a dedicated level of service for our local community. Condition of Goods

To maintain high standards for all our customers, we have specific requirements regarding the state of returned items. For a return to be processed, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the product should be unused and must remain in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, and protective materials must be intact. Please note that we only initiate the return process for items that are validated as damaged upon arrival or those that were sent incorrectly. Because we deal in decorative pieces where aesthetic integrity is essential, ensuring the item remains in its original state during the return transit is vital for a successful resolution.

Non-Eligibility: Change of Mind

We encourage all our patrons to shop with certainty. Aurezique does not entertain returns, exchanges, or refunds based on a change of mind. Once a purchase is finalized and the item is delivered in good condition and as described, the sale is considered final.

We provide detailed descriptions and images of our items to help you make an informed choice. By limiting returns to damaged or incorrect items, we can keep our processes streamlined and continue offering our decor without additional hidden costs.

The Return and Inspection Process

If you receive a product that is physically damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at decor@aurezique.com . Our team will arrange a courier pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you. Once the item is back in our facility, our staff performs a detailed inspection within 24 hours to confirm the reported issue.

Following this review, we will first attempt to provide a replacement. If the specific item is no longer available or the damage is beyond repair, we will proceed with a full refund.

Fiscal Details and Refund Protocol

Transparency in our fiscal dealings is a cornerstone of our service.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for restocking or processing your returned items.
  • No Shipping Fees for Returns: The cost of the pickup for damaged or incorrect goods is entirely covered by Aurezique.
  • Refund Method: Since we operate exclusively through Cash on Delivery, we do not possess your electronic payment details. To issue a refund, we will contact you via email to request your bank account information.
  • Transaction Type: All refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
  • Timeline: After we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Statutory Rights and Consumer Protection

This policy is written to align with the Sale of Goods Ordinance and the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance of Hong Kong . We respect your statutory rights as a consumer, which provide you with protection against unfair practices. Our 30-day return window for faulty goods is designed to uphold these legal standards.
