At Aurezique, we understand that you are eager to receive your new decorative items to enhance your space. Our delivery timeline is structured into two distinct phases:

  • Order Packaging: We require 1 business day for order packaging and shipping preparation. During this time, our team cautiously inspects and secures your items to prevent any issues during transit.
  • Transit Time: Once your package is with our logistics partner, a maximum of 3 business daysis needed for transit.
  • Total Delivery Time: In total, you can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 4 business days from the moment you place your order.

Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.

Q: Are There Hidden Fees?

We believe in absolute transparency when it comes to your purchase.

  • Free Delivery: We do not charge any amount for the delivery of our products within our service area.
  • Transparent Pricing: The price you see listed for the decorative item is the exact amount you will pay upon delivery.
  • No Restocking Fees: In the event of a valid return for damaged or incorrect items, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: What Happens If I'm Not Home?

Since we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis , your presence is required to complete the transaction and collect the full payment at your doorstep.

  • Delivery Notification: Our logistics partners typically attempt to contact you via the phone number provided to coordinate the delivery arrival.
  • Redelivery: If you are not available during the first attempt, the courier will attempt redelivery. However, the delivery must be completed successfully for you to receive your items.
  • Order Status: Once an order is dispatched, the delivery must be completed. Cancellations are only possible before the item leaves our facility.

Q: How is My Data Handled?

To facilitate a smooth delivery, we must share specific details with our trusted third-party courier services.

  • Shared Information: We only provide the necessary information required for transport, which includes your name, shipping address, and contact number.
  • Data Protection: This practice is conducted in strict accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong .
  • Confidentiality: Our partners are legally bound to use this data solely for the purpose of delivering your Aurezique order.

Operational Scope and Legal Compliance

Aurezique operates only in Hong Kong. All shipping practices are designed to be totally compliant with Google's ads policies by providing clear, upfront information regarding costs and timelines.
