transit.

Total Delivery Time: In total, you can expect your
order to arrive at your doorstep within
2 to 4 business days
from the moment you place your order.
Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding
public holidays in Hong Kong.
Q: Are There Hidden Fees?
We believe in absolute transparency when it comes to your purchase.

delivery of our products within our service area.

decorative item is the exact amount you will pay upon delivery.

Q: What Happens If I'm Not Home?
Since we operate exclusively on a
Cash on Delivery (COD) basis
, your presence is required to complete the transaction and collect the full
payment at your doorstep.

delivery arrival.

Redelivery: If you are not available during the first
attempt, the courier will attempt redelivery. However, the delivery must
be completed successfully for you to receive your items.

must be completed. Cancellations are only possible before the item
leaves our facility.
