Aurezique operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not offer international shipping or services outside of this region at this time. All transactions, communications, and deliveries are conducted within Hong Kong borders to maintain high service standards and compliance with local trade regulations.

Delivery and Shipping Framework

We know that receiving your decor quickly is important. Our logistics process is structured as follows:

• Handling Time: We require 1 business day to package your items and prepare them for shipping.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will spend a maximum of 3 business days in transit.
• Total Timeline: You can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 to 4 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
• Shipping Costs: We believe in honest pricing. There are no shipping costs or hidden fees added to your order at any stage. The price you see is the final amount you pay.

Payment Policy: Cash on Delivery (COD)

To provide a secure and straightforward transaction method, Aurezique operates solely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

• Payment Collection: Our delivery personnel will collect the full payment in cash at your doorstep at the time of delivery.
• No Hidden Charges: We do not apply any additional service fees, processing fees, or surcharges.
• Transparency: Since we do not collect payment online, we do not store your credit card or sensitive banking details on our servers, adding an extra layer of privacy to your shopping experience.

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellations under specific conditions to maintain efficiency:

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time while the product is still in our possession. Please email us immediately if you decide to cancel.
• After Dispatch: Once the package has been handed over to our logistics partners, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, the delivery process must be completed as scheduled.

30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want to ensure that every item you receive meets our quality standards.

• Eligibility Period: Our return policy lasts for 30 days, beginning on the day your order is delivered.
• Valid Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item that does not match your order.
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind after the purchase. We encourage you to review your selection attentively before finalizing your order.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.

The Return Process

1. Notification: If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us at decor@aurezique.com .

2. Pickup: We will arrange a courier to pick up the item from your location at no cost to you.

3. Inspection: Once the item arrives back at our facility, we take 24 hours to inspect its condition.

4. Resolution: After inspection, we will arrange for a replacement item or move forward with a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refund Details

Because we operate via Cash on Delivery, we do not have your banking information on file.

• Information Request: If a refund is approved, we will contact you via email to request your bank account details.
• Method: All refunds are processed through bank transfer .
• Processing Time: Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

User Conduct and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images of our decorative pieces, text, and logos, belongs to Aurezique. You may use our site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Aurezique strives to provide accurate descriptions of all items. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Aurezique shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
